Got this for my boyfriend to take starting a month before his exam/colonoscopy. Everything was healthy, so it can't hurt! Anything geared towards your health is a no brainer for me. He didn't have any nausea or side effects.

"As I got older, the number of nightly bathroom trips increased, sometimes waking me up four times. I tried several supplements, including various Saw Palmetto formulations, but none worked very well. This frequent waking greatly hindered my sleep quality. A friend recommended Prostate Health. The first night, I took the suggested three capsules and still woke up four times. However, the next two nights, that number dropped to two trips. By the fourth night, it was just one. After a month of use, I now have nights where I don't wake up for a bathroom trip at all—something that used to be extremely rare. absolutely the best out there.... I use this with Saw Palmetto... and I have used several items,and even a doctor prescription...NOTHING helped me from getting up 5-8 times a night or even not being able to take a trip over 1 hour without having to go to the bathroom.. YES you heard right..it was that bad, now.....are you ready?? Guess what , I may get up once a night , MAYBE ! Yes the pressure has almost subsided completely.I feel like a new man... I am very happy with this...and again, I take it with Palmetto 3X formula...guys I am 52..and I know some of you all know exactly what I am talking about..I recommend this stuff big time..

I've been taking it for just 5 days, but it already has made a positive change in my bathroom visits. Way less than before. I don't have those uncomfortable urges like before. I can even visit a store and not have to make a bathroom stop before shopping or before l leave. Now l can easily wait till l get home. And sometimes not even then. Highly recommended to at least try it. For me, a Miracle Supplement.

I buy these for my significant other (60y.o) was having enlarged prostate symptoms, FREQUENTLY would wake up to pee at night, weak flow. Tried 2 different brands, they helped but this brand has helped significantly. He no longer wakes up at night has been able to get sound sleep which is giving him more energy. We will continue to purchase. I dont write reviews much but had to seeing how much they helped my partner.
